I’ve always had the gift of gab and I’m a customer service fanatic. With my 10 years of online direct response marketing experience I help businesses manage their top accounts, build long-term relationships, design and implement online marketing programs/campaigns designed to drive incremental spending and brand awareness, manage complex projects, improve processes to promote greater efficiency, and devise training initiatives necessary for a strong, cohesive workforce.
I have a real talent for engaging with people. In my work life I live and breathe by the maxim, “Know Your Audience.” This wisdom guides me in everything from devising creative content for advertising efforts to crafting training programs and presentations to interacting with colleagues. Always understanding who a person is/where they’re coming from and honoring that, is why I have a solid reputation as a trusted leader with my colleagues.
