With over 15 years of experience in human relations, Betsy Wheeler oversees the programs related to Otter Products’ greatest asset — its people. She ensures alignment of the people strategy with the business strategy, while partnering throughout the organization to maintain an engaged culture for Otter Products. Graduating with a Master’s degree in Organizational Development, she has applied human and organizational behavior principles to drive programs and initiatives that will increase performance and engagement throughout organizations.
