In his unique role, he partners closely with leaders and teams in the global HR, Talent, Corporate Real Estate, Communications and Marketing organizations, helping to lead employer branding and culture strategies and to participate in thoughtful designs and redesigns of NCR's recruitment, onboarding, talent management, leadership development, learning and workplace experiences.
