Edna Manuud is the Talent Acquisition Director for the Global Tools & Storage division of the Stanley Black & Decker Corporation. She joined the organization in October 2016. In this role, Ms. Manuud is responsible for overall staffing and recruiting strategy for the Global Tools & Storage US business. This includes: design, development, and delivery of high quality processes, tools, systems, and programs that will assist in the overall recruiting needs of the organization. She is also responsible for identifying breakthrough methods and driving those methods as common processes, as well as enhancing the employer brand and candidate experience. Prior to joining Stanley Black & Decker, Ms. Manuud was with The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta where she was Sr Manager – Talent Acquisition and supported the Global Marketing and Global IT organizations. Ms. Manuud has over twenty years of experience in global talent acquisition. She has worked at companies like Kraft Foods (now Mondelez), Baxter Healthcare, as well as agencies (Executive Search). She has led global projects in talent assessment and selection, ATS selection and implementation, career-pathing, career portals/sites and employer branding. Ms. Manuud holds a MS degree in Education and Social Policy from Northwestern University (Evanston, IL). She lives in the Baltimore, Maryland area.
